for reference only. All kits, parts & accessories and colors are subject to change without prior notice. Daniels Pit Stop cannot be held liable for inconsistencies
and/or discrepancies between pictures (or lack of pictures) shown and the products you purchased.

Limited Warranty Policy
Daniels Pit Stop warrants its products, purchased direct from Daniels Pit Stop, against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for 30 days from the original date
of purchase. No limited warranty is provided by Daniels Pit Stop for any products that have been used. You must retain a copy of your original purchase receipt as
proof of date of purchase. No warranty will be provided for products without purchase receipts or invoice. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise,
it may be returned for EXCHANGE if it is in new and unused condition. Contact us by email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Accompanied by a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number and a copy of the original purchase receipt, the merchandise may be sent to us for inspection. The customer is responsible
for the cost of insured shipping back to us. Returns sent by COD will not be accepted. If the product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the
merchandise at no additional cost to you. If we deem it is not defective, Daniels Pit Stop will return the merchandise to you as is. By purchasing the product, you
agreed to be bound by the limited warranty policy stated above.
Return Merchandise Policy
Merchandise in new and unused condition with original packaging, may be returned for REFUND of the purchase price. If the merchandise was purchased directly from
Daniels Pit Stop, and claim for refund is filed within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact us for a return
authorization number.
Returning Merchandise for Credit
Merchandise in new and unused condition with original packaging, may be returned for CREDIT of the purchase price. If the merchandise was purchased directly from
Daniels Pit Stop, and claim for credit is filed within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please email info@danielspitstop.com.au for a return authorization
number.
Unacceptable for Refund or Credit
- Any merchandise not purchased directly from www.danielspitstop.com.au;
- Any merchandise after 30 days from date of receiving it;
- Any merchandise that is not in new and unused condition;
- Any merchandise that is without original packaging;
- Any merchandise that does not meet our return policies listed herein
